The Sanguma Foundation’s New Executive Director

Great news! The Sanguma Foundation (TSF) has hired a new Executive Director, Joël Nseka Lesa.

Joël is a person whose deep faith profoundly informs his values and drives his commitment to serving others. With a degree in economics from the Protestant University in Congo and certification in project management, monitoring, and evaluation, Joël has established himself as a passionate advocate for humanitarian causes. In addition to his impressive academic background, Joël is a loving husband to Éliane Makongote Nseka and a devoted father to a wonderful daughter.

Joël's Christian faith inspires his compassion, empathy, and sense of responsibility toward those in need. His belief in love, humility, and service to others is the driving force behind his extensive volunteer work in various non-governmental organizations (NGOs). For two years, he served as the Secretary-General in charge of social and humanitarian development activities at the Green Social Club, an organization he co-founded in Kinshasa. He then continued his journey by joining the MIRABEN foundation, where he volunteered as the Secretary-General responsible for learning professions in Kinshasa.

In addition to his humanitarian endeavors, Joël is a talented writer, known for his insightful book titled "THE POWER OF HUMILITY," which has inspired many with its wisdom. Before coming to the Sanguma Foundation, Joël served as a Protocol Officer to the Second Vice President of the Democratic Republic of Congo Senate, demonstrating his commitment to public service.

Today, Joël Nseka Lesa brings his wealth of knowledge, passion for humanitarian work, and dedication to public service to the Sanguma Foundation, where he continues to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others.
